Aston Lark, Aviva and Covéa win big at 2021 British Insurance Awards

BIA 2021

Aston Lark and Aviva were the big winners at the 2021 British Insurance Awards on a night when Covéa was crowned General Insurer of the Year.

Aston Lark picked up awards for Insurance Broker of the Year, Commercial Lines Broker of the Year – SME/MID-Corporate and Investing in the Profession/Training. Its group CEO Peter Blanc was also crowned Insurance Personality of the Year.

Aviva netted the Risk and Resilience Award, Business Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year Award and Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year Award.

Elsewhere, Covéa was hailed as the General Insurer of the Year and former Admiral Group CEO David Stevens won the Achievement Award at the ceremony at Battersea Evolution hosted by comedian Rob Beckett.
