Dive In 2026 opens registration for final festival year
Registration has opened for the final Dive In festival, with Lloyd’s famous diversity and inclusion event this year exploring how human skills and artificial intelligence can work together.
The three-day event, taking place from 22 to 24 September, will focus on the theme ‘The Human gAIn: Powering culture and connection’, exploring how organisations can balance emerging AI technology with human skills and workplace culture.
Once again Insurance Post is the media partner of Dive In, and the publication’s homepage will be taken over during the festival to highlight sessions, discussions and developments from the 12th and final year of the festival, following the decision by Lloyd’s to pull the plug on the event after 2026.
The closing festival will examine how AI is reshaping the workplace, with sessions covering topics including human-AI collaboration, psychological safety, neurodiversity and building high-performing teams.
The programme will feature industry leaders and speakers including Will Greenwood MBE, rugby World Cup winner and customer officer at Afiniti; Sarah Armstrong-Smith, chief security adviser for EMEA at Microsoft; and behavioural and leadership expert Jez Rose.
New event formats will include design jams, Ted-style talks and debates, with sessions taking place across 30 countries and available in 60 languages.
Mark Lomas, head of culture, talent and communities at Lloyd’s, said Dive In had played an important role in bringing the insurance industry together to broaden talent pools and improve belonging.
Lomas, who is leaving his role at the London Market after four years following the end of this year’s festival, said: “Dive In has been instrumental in bringing the insurance industry together to encourage broadening talent pools and belonging.
The festival’s final year marks an important moment for the industry to reflect on what has been achieved and apply those learnings to future challenges – namely that of how to strengthen our workplaces and working systems alongside technology.

“As AI reshapes the way we work, there has never been a more important time to discuss and debate how we maximise new ways of working for the benefit of all colleagues. Dive In is uniquely placed to do this.”
Jen Denby, global head of inclusion and diversity at WTW, said the festival’s final year was an opportunity for the industry to reflect on the progress made over the last 12 years since the event was launched by former Lloyd’s CEO Inga Beale back in 2015.
“It’s important to remember the vital discussions the festival has opened up across the insurance industry over the last 12 years,” she said.
“WTW is proud to have been part of Dive In since the very first year and to have seen it shape the industry for the better.
“Conversations have been started that we once never thought possible, companies have invested to ensure that workplaces are inclusive and foster a stronger sense of belonging, and this has been firmly embedded into corporate values and strategy.
“The festival’s final year marks an important moment for the industry to reflect on what has been achieved and apply those learnings to future challenges – namely that of how to strengthen our workplaces and working systems alongside technology.”
The first 24 hours of registration will include entry into a prize draw for participants who sign up from 8am today (14 July).
The festival is supported by organisations including AIG, Antares, Aon, Arch, Asta, Aviva, Axa XL, Clyde & Co, Gallagher, Guidewire, Liberty Mutual, Lloyd’s, Markel, Marsh, Moody’s, Pelagos Insurance Capital, RenaissanceRe and WTW.
Supporter partners confirmed for 2026 include Alliant, Axis, Everest, GP Strategies, KPMG, Lockton Re, RGA and Swiss Re.
