Aegis union demands workers be heard at AI workplaces

Aegis has launched a charter calling for workers to be involved with artificial intelligence workplace decisions as the union finds 40% of its surveyed members have not been consulted about the introduction of the technology.

Aegis, the union representing finance workers, has concluded a large-scale survey of its members, with only 38.5% reporting that their employer has consulted or engaged workers before introducing AI
