Zurich fraud probe leads to solicitor being struck off
A City solicitor has been struck off after a fraudulent bicycle insurance claim triggered an investigation by Zurich and resulted in him being placed on the Insurance Fraud Register.
The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found that Kieran Ferguson knowingly submitted a claim for a stolen bicycle that was not covered by his insurance policy before amending the policy shortly
