Whatever your role in the insurance value chain, digitalisation is a priority.

Without modern technology, a business will be stuck in the past and compromised by inflexible legacy systems, poor customer focus and compliance issues.

This is where digital modernisation comes in.

Digital modernisation can make a huge difference to operational efficiency by seamlessly blending new and old technology.

With this in mind Insurance Post in association with Charles Taylor Insuretech will be hosting a webinar on Wednesday, 4 December 2024, at 3pm GMT to explore what a winning strategy for insurance modernisation might look like.

Called ‘Digitalise and conquer: The power of getting your insurance modernisation strategy right’, among the areas our panel including representatives from Zurich, Oracle and Charles Taylor Insuretech plan to cover are:

  • how targeted digital enhancements can eliminate operational weaknesses and improve integration and collaboration;
  • the value in building an API-based intermediate layer to promote interoperability and digital evolution;
  • and how to facilitate advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
