If you work for one of the greatest employers in the insurance industry and want to shout about it, make sure you complete Insurance Post’s Best Insurance Employer survey today.

Until Friday 10 April, you and your colleagues have the chance to rate your employer’s leadership team, training, benefits, values, plus working practices and reveal whether you would recommend working for the business to friends and family.

The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and the large firms and SMEs that manage to achieve three stars or more from their workforce will feature in Insurance Post’s Best Insurance Employers list for 2026.

To gain five ‘star’ status in this year’s list, employers had to score highly across all areas:

  • Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Commitment to environmental, social and corporate governance.
  • Pay and benefits.
  • Senior management.
  • Training and development.
  • Work/life balance.

A further star will be awarded based on whether the employee is willing to recommend the company to a friend.

The two businesses with the top scores will get to pick up the Best Insurance Employers trophy at this year’s British Insurance Awards at the Royal Albert Hall on 8 July.

Don’t miss the chance of your business being acknowledged as the greatest place to work in the insurance industry!

Click here to complete the survey and encourage your colleagues to do the same today.
