This event aims to celebrate the individuals and organisations championing real change – whether through inclusive hiring, mental health advocacy, LGBTQ+ support, disability awareness, or pushing for gender and racial equity.

Across 18 categories covering everything from Mental Health Champion of the Year to Employee Resource Group of the Year; The D&I Leader of the Year Award to The Progressive Recruitment Award, the event should have something for you to be able to showcase your commitment to creating an inclusive culture and be recognised among the industry’s most inspiring change-makers.

The D&I in Insurance Awards is proud to be sponsored by iCan, the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network.

As the industry’s leading independent network for multicultural inclusion, iCan connects professionals, promotes diverse talent through initiatives like iCanApply and INspire, and drives real change across the sector.
