LGBTQ+ family leave at insurers must be ‘normalised’

Sam White, founder and CEO of Stella Insurance, has said adoption and parental leave parity for the LGBTQ+ community in the sector must be normalised.

LGBTQ+ insurance network Link surveyed 421 insurance industry workers, including 294 LGBTQ+ members and 126 allies of the community, in July 2025.

Respondents shared they want HR policies and benefits
