Best Insurance Employers 2026 Logo

Insurance Post can reveal the 11 companies in the running to be crowned the industry’s best employers at the British Insurance Awards on 8 July.

The scores have been added-up and the UK’s insurance workforce has had its say on everything from how they rate leadership teams to training offered, benefits and values; alongside employment practices and whether they would recommend the business they work for to friends and family.

Post can reveal that there are six firms in the running to be crowned Best Insurance Employer – Large succeeding last year’s winner Zego; and five up for Best Insurance Employer – SME, a title presently held by Konsileo.

The complete analysis of which firms have been awarded five stars and breakdown as to how firms fared with regards their commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion; commitment to environmental, social and corporate governance; pay and benefits; senior management; training and development; and work/life balance will be published after the winners are revealed at the Royal Albert Hall at the 2026 British Insurance Awards on the 8 July.
