Your last chance to take part in the Insurance Census 2022

Insurance census 2022

The Insurance Census is back and we want to hear from you. With your help, we can make this the biggest and most comprehensive census the industry has ever seen.

Insurance Post’s fifth census of the insurance industry is now underway and we need as many people as possible to respond so we can see how the industry is shaping up.

Who makes up the insurance workforce? How diverse is the sector? How open is your workplace in terms of racial or gender equality? How is your company dealing with important issues including mental health and harassment? Has the market moved on and improved since 2019?  Now is your time to stand up and be counted.

Post is reaching out to the entire UK insurance market, so whatever area of the insurance market you work in, we want to hear what you have to say. All answers are anonymous and the deadline for participation is midnight on 24 April 2022.

2022 marks 10 years since Post first began taking a census of the market and this years’ results will include an analysis of the data collected to date and illustrate how the sector has moved forward over the last decade. Look out for coverage later in the year.
