Insurance Post Census 2026: Have your say

Post census 2026 logo

Insurance Post’s Census is back, and we need your help to achieve a snapshot of the make-up of the industry in 2026.

The online survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and will paint a picture of how the sector is shaping up when it comes to diversity, whether professionals fear or embrace artificial intelligence plus what extra effort is required to make the industry more inclusive.

Whatever area of the insurance market you work in, we want to hear what you have to say about the industry’s current working practices, pay packets, plus your views on how the sector tackles bullying and harassment.

All answers are anonymous and the deadline for participation is midnight on Friday 7 August.

Post will publish the results of the Census in September, during the Dive In Festival takeover of the publication.

Post is proud to be media partner of Dive In, which will take place from 22 to 24 September and will embrace the theme “The human gAIn: powering culture & connection.”

We look forward to sharing the results of the Census with you as part of this amazing festival.
