Sign up to watch Allianz and Cuvva discuss how voice channels are enabling fraud
Fraud in insurance is becoming increasingly organised, coordinated and difficult to detect, with bad actors operating seamlessly across channels and exploiting weaknesses at different stages of the policy lifecycle.
While insurers have invested heavily in digital controls, behavioural analytics and post-event detection, there is growing recognition that fraud often begins earlier and elsewhere than many organisations assume.
Voice interactions, whether through contact centres or other telephony channels, are frequently used by fraudsters for reconnaissance, social engineering and control bypass, enabling activity that later materialises as policy or claims fraud.
With this mind Insurance Post would like to invite you to watch a webinar on Thursday 2 July at 11am in which an expert panel will explore how fraud tactics are evolving.
The session will also cover where current detection approaches may be falling short, and how greater visibility across both voice and digital channels could help insurers identify risk earlier, reduce losses and disrupt organised activity more effectively.
