ManyPets sends all claims through AI agent
ManyPets now has all of its pet insurance claims reviewed and assessed by its artificial intelligence agent, Millie.
Speaking at ITC London on 27 January, CEO Luisa Barile and chief product officer Sophia Pilkington-Miksa shared how 55% of claims have no human involvement whatsoever.
