Adiona founder and CEO Paul Harvey passes away
Paul Harvey, founder and CEO of motor insurance insurtech Adiona, has passed away.
Harvey, who had around 40 years of experience within financial services and insurance, started Adiona Insurance in 2021 to have artificial intelligence at its core, with the hope of “changing motor insurance for good”.
Adiona was recently announced as one of three firms accepted into PwC’s inaugural InsurStart cohort.
In a LinkedIn post on his profile, Harvey’s family announced his passing while paying tribute.
The post stated: “From a young age, Paul knew the career he wanted and understood that hard work was essential to achieving it.
“In every role he held, he never sat back. He pushed boundaries and challenged what was possible. That same work ethic was something he instilled in his children.
“His career took him across the world – from Washington, DC to Tokyo, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and finally London, which he called home for the past 34 years.”
Harvey passed away on 26 February 2026.
A funeral service in his memory will take place at St Mark’s Church, Regents Park Road, on Friday (20 March) at 11am.
For those who cannot attend, the service will also be livestreamed.
All at Insurance Post wish to pass on their condolences to Paul’s family, friends and colleagues at this time.
