Zurich to review family friendly HR policies
Zurich’s human resources and actuarial teams are conducting a review of its family friendly policies and benefits, Insurance Post can reveal.
Chief HR officer Steve Collinson said the review should help the insurer understand which policies deliver the best outcomes, and whether those policies that are less impactful should be replaced.
