Tom Needs to leave Applied Systems
Applied Systems Europe CEO Tom Needs is leaving the tech provider at the end of June, with Dave Chapman being named managing director and leading the company moving forward.
Needs, pictured, has been CEO of the European arm of the company for just over five years, trying to grow the business and challenge the current crop of broker tech providers.
