Vote for the Best Insurance Employer 2022

Insurance Post’s Best Insurance Employer research returns in 2022 seeking the views of staff in broking, managing general agent and insurer firms to find out which organisations really go the extra mile for their people.
We will revisit the questions asking what employees rate when it comes to choosing their employer and what value staff see in perks and benefits. We will also find out what training and development the sector offers, how staff feel about senior management and if they would recommend their employer to a friend.
In addition for 2022, after COP26 in Glasgow we’ll ask how employees feel about their firm’s commitment to ESG. Will last year’s top firms have fared as well as in 2021 or will others have risen above or will a new entrant take the crown of Best Insurance Employer. Employers will be granted a star rating depending on how they are rated in a number of categories. Is your employer a 5-star firm? Vote now.
Again this year will recognise small and mediums firms of under 250 staff and then larger ones of 250 with our top firms featuring at the British Insurance Awards. If you think your employer is the best in the UK, then fill in our survey before 17 March and look out for the full ranking in 2022 and the winner at our black tie ceremony.
