My hat from last year's Biba which was most useful when my daughter dressed up on world book day as Willy Wonka.

Who is the most impressive speaker you have ever seen at a Biba Conference?
I must confess to not seeing a speaker. I have always been on the stand so have never gone into one the sessions held.

Who is your favourite Mancunian?
Noel Gallagher.

What is your favourite Manchester haunt for food and/or drinks?
Australasia in Spinningfield - serve the best cocktails I have ever tasted and the food is stunning, it's a great place for special occasions.
