Christopher Hess, formerly the business development director at Lloyds Banking Group's insurance arm has joined management consultancy Oxbow Partners.
In his previous role, Hess was responsible for innovation and insurtech; architecture; data management and analytics; and major transformation efforts across the general insurance, life and pensions
