FCA’s Reynolds outlines insurance priorities
Graeme Reynolds, director of competition and interim director of insurance at the Financial Conduct Authority, takes centre stage in the latest Insurance Post Podcast, setting out the regulator’s key priorities for the market.
Speaking with Insurance Post editor Emma Ann Hughes, Reynolds highlights a focus on claims handling, fair value and customer understanding following the Which? super-complaint.
He is joined by Michael Sicsic, founder and managing partner of compliance consultancy Sicsic Advisory, David Sparkes, regulation director of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association, and David Otudeko, director of regulation at the Association of British Insurers, who discuss how firms are responding to increased scrutiny from the FCA.
