Pricewaterhouse Coopers claims the emergency budget has delivered a number of positives for the insurance industry.
Colin Graham, insurance tax partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, said: "Despite the widely expected rises in VAT and insurance premium tax, today's budget has delivered a number of positive commitments
