UK takaful insurer into run-off reveals Post
The self-proclaimed first Shariah-compliant general insurer in the UK, Salaam Halal Insurance, has gone into solvent run-off, Post Magazine revealed exclusively this week.
Salaam Halal Insurance told Post it had gone into solvent run-off after failing to raise enough capital to continue trading.
Formally launched in July 2008, the company has written to its suppliers
