Ronnie Simmons is head of partnership development (UK) Maiden Insurance Partnerships.

Simmons joined Maiden in April 2014 and leads the partnership development team, focusing on strategy, proposition design and provider selection to drive the acquisition of motor manufacturer partnerships in the UK.

The role also overlaps with Maiden's development team that manages affinity expansion in other European territories.

Simmons has occupied a number of head of and senior development/management roles in general insurance over the past 12 years. Previously working at Equity Insurance Partnerships and Royal Bank of Scotland Insurance, he has primarily operated in the motor partnerships sector of direct and broker affinity markets.

Crawford & Co to sell legal services arm to law firm
