Sulabh Soral works within innovation and advanced analytics at Deloitte.

He is a senior data scientist with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.

At Deloitte, his focus is on disruptions including the Internet of Things and he is responsible for identifying, developing and commercialising innovative new data backed ventures that can cater to emerging needs of Deloitte's financial services clients.

Most recently, he has been leading the development of HexScore, which is a machine learning algorithm that assesses the accident risk and premium for a trip at any given moment using data captured by telematics devices, open and other third party sources.

Some of the other areas where Soral has worked with clients to solve problems using analytics are branch banking distribution strategy for multiple banks across Europe and customer analytics solutions for insurers.

Soral holds a MA in Economics from GIPE, Pune, India and a MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.
