High Court sanctions Cape’s £40m scheme of arrangement
The High Court today sanctioned Cape’s £40m scheme of arrangement. The scheme relates to Cape and 12 of its subsidiaries. The Court is still considering whether to sanction the scheme in relation to Altitude Scaffolding Limited, where only one creditor attended and voted at the creditors’ meetings.
The scheme will become effective upon the Court orders sanctioning the scheme being delivered to the Registrar of Companies. The orders will be delivered immediately following Cape's drawdown of theOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
