MP tables motion for asbestos compensation reform
Following yesterday's question at House of Commons Business Questions, Stephen Hepburn, Labour MP for Jarrow, has further condemned the Law Lords' decision in Barker v Corus and Others.
Mr Hepburn has tabled an Early Day Motion to the House requesting legislation be written up to ensure adequate compensation.
