Claimant’s shaky testimony crashes motorcycle claim
Hastings Direct and HF have seen a £50,000 claim dismissed due to the questionable evidence of the claimant involved.
The claim dates back almost nine years to October 2015, when the claimant’s motorcycle was knocked off its stand in a golf course car park by a Citroen being driven by a valet.
