Auto renewals cost drivers £1.23bn a year
Auto renewals are costing drivers a collective £1.23bn a year, according to research by Go Compare.
The price comparison site found that 15% of drivers will accept an auto-renewal, rather than looking around for a cheaper quote that could see them save up to £262.41.
Over a quarter (27%) of drivers
