Baker has been involved in the insurance industry for over 35 years and has worked for Axa for the last 30 performing a number of roles in the London and regional markets across all classes of Commercial business.
He has headed up Axa's commercial motor underwriting and strategy team since 2002 and is responsible for Axa's motor fleet, motor trade and commercial "individual vehicle" products.
