Byron Shepherd is service delivery manager - My Licence, MIB Group.
He is the service delivery manager for the MIB Hub and has responsibility for services including My Licence and the No Claims Discount (NCD) database.
Shepherd began his career in Insurance as a graduate at the Bureau. He later worked for Crawford & Company, Allianz Insurance, and more recently Alpha Insurance and Lloyds of London. He is a law graduate and holds the CII Diploma in Insurance.
In 2013 Shepherd was selected for the CII New Generation of Leaders program.
