Former Indie deputy MD Condon passes away
The former Independent Insurance deputy managing director Philip Condon, pictured right, passed away at the weekend aged 63.
One of the founders of business, Condon was handed a three-year sentence in November 2007 after a jury found him guilty of one charge relating to conspiracy to defraud following the group's collapse
