Merlin refinancing
Claims management company Merlin has announced the completion of its refinancing deal after it was approved by investors and financial stakeholders.
Post understands the refinancing gives Merlin access to £3m of new funds for growth and values the group more realistically than when it was bought out by its management in a £62m deal in September
