Kennedys welcomes Mesothelioma judgement
Kieron West, a partner at City law firm Kennedys, has welcomed today's House of Lords judgement on mesothelioma victims' compensation.
He said: "This decision will be welcomed across the insurance community, since it is both logical and just. When apportioning liability, I cannot see any valid basis for ignoring a mesothelioma victim
