Allianz UK and DWF Law resolved a more than £100,000 personal injury claim after the claimant was found to be fundamentally dishonest in her allegations.
Jennifer Parker, a cleaner from Swadlincote in Derbyshire, claimed that she slipped and fell on stairs while working, making her unable to work due to chronic pain.
