Converium recommends new Scor bid to shareholders

Converium's board of directors has unanimously welcomed today's revised offer from Scor and has recommended shareholders accept in an announcement this morning. This decision is fully supported by all members of the global executive committee.

Aggregator business pushes CDL growth
