Axa in brokers "can take time" storm
The Institute of Insurance Brokers has accused Axa of biting the hand that feeds it with a recent mailer which said going through a broker "can take time".
The IIB said director Barry Fehler claism to have received a mailing sent to one of his companies by Axa and was alarmed by the text, which stated: “Choosing the right level of cover isn’t always easy
