CL reports product recall claims surge

Cunningham Lindsey has revealed a massive increase in the number of product recall claims with their value increasing from £1.5m in 2009 to £16m in 2010.

According to the loss adjuster, claims have ranged from defective grocery packaging and chemical taints in food, to damaged heating elements in kettles and faulty power generation equipment.
