Covering all third-party vendors that work in the claims management space, this award will reward an organisation that has introduced a new solution/s during the past 24 months that has/have resulted in a client/s managing claims more effectively.

Covering all businesses that provide customer experience (CX) solutions to insurers, this award will reward an organisation that has introduced a front or back end solution in the past 24 months that might have resulted in a client/s improving quote conversion; creating greater policyholder engagement throughout a product lifecycle; achieving greater client retention; offering smoother payments; and/or improving part or the overall customer journey, resulting in greater satisfaction scores. Awarded to recognise excellence in the provision of Insurance Technology Consultancy services, the winner will be a supplier that has achieved significant business success in the past 24 months, and can demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction and business benefits from the users of its offerings.
