McGill says AI’s ‘best’ productivity gains come second time around
Revisiting already artificial intelligence-powered processes has unlocked even greater efficiency gains than the original implementation, McGill CTO Simon Bradbury has said.
Speaking to Insurance Post, Bradbury highlighted how in recent months the broker has seen tasks that initially generated 30% time savings improve by a further 60% after being revisited.
