Aviva stopped “record levels of claims fraud” in 2025, as fraudsters increasingly use AI-generated images and documents to deceive.
In 2025, Aviva uncovered more than 18,400 suspect claims worth £233m – equivalent to £638,000 being detected each day, including Direct Line brands.
