QBE sounds alarm over supplier AI cyber exposures

QBE has warned UK businesses could be leaving themselves exposed to supply chain cyber-attacks, with only 28% of companies auditing their third-party suppliers’ artificial intelligence systems despite growing concern over the risks.

On behalf of QBE, market researcher Opinium surveyed 400 decision-makers in IT, administration and insurance at UK businesses with 100 to 2,000 employees between March and April this year.
