Zurich to deploy agentic AI property claims system
Zurich Group is set to take its agentic artificial intelligence application for property claims into production later this year.
Speaking to Insurance Post, group head of AI Christian Westermann confirmed that Zurich has developed three agents for submission review, main coverage checks and exclusion checks in the property
