Data analysis: Insurers think ‘everybody is doing better than us’ when it comes to digital transformation, a survey by Davies and Clearwater Analytics has shown.

Most larger insurers see themselves as lagging behind the competition on digitalisation, despite having a more advanced digital strategy, the poll conducted in September 2023 revealed.
