Mike Rosenbaum, CEO of Guidewire, has warned insurers against “taking too big a bet” on one generative artificial intelligence path at this stage, as it “is still very early”.
Kicking off the Guidewire Connections conference in Nashville, Tennessee, Rosenbaum said his organisation sees incredible potential in generative AI and how it will be applied to the insurance
