IFB to launch AI fraud detection system
The Insurance Fraud Bureau has partnered with software-as-a-service automation specialists Shift Technology to build a fraud detection system that will launch in early 2022.
The new system will use artificial intelligence to spot suspicious activity in the data the IFB aggregates from insurers, and once it is launched will ‘learn and grow’, continually improving to enable
