Quindell auditor slapped with £700,000 fine
The company responsible for auditing Quindell has been fined £700,000 for failing to “exercise sufficient professional scepticism”.
Arrandco Audit, and partner Jeremy Filley were fined by the Financial Reporting Council for misconduct in relation to an audit of financial statements of Quindell for year ended 31 January 2011.
