According to international management consultancy Bain & Co. Hong Kong's insurers should invest more in digital to keep up with customers' demands.
A survey of 2 500 insurance customers in Hong Kong projects that within five years the number of customers researching insurance online and buying insurance digitally will nearly double from 35% today
