Vodafone to acquire Italian telematics firm Cobra

Vodafone has launched a voluntary offer to acquire Italian telematics firm Cobra Automotive Technologies at €1.49 (£1.18) per share valuing the company at €145m.

According to a statement, Vodafone has entered into an agreement with the main shareholders of Cobra who hold a 73.96% share of the company's capital.
