Lancashire unveils new $250m reinsurance vehicle
Lancashire Holdings has today announced that it will launch Accordion Reinsurance, a fully collateralised side car quota share reinsurance arrangement with what it describes as "an innovative capital draw down feature".
Accordion will be flexibly capitalised for up to US$250m, and will act as a quota share reinsurer of Lancashire Insurance Company on its worldwide property retrocession business.
