Bank to gain power to intercede as insurers collapse
HM Treasury has unveiled plans to establish a dedicated regime to deal with the failure of insurance companies.
Following a consultation titled Introducing an Insurer Resolution Regime, which ran from January to April, HM Treasury has published plans to grant new powers to the Bank of England related to dealing
